It’s a pretty good bet that we’ve all been eating sandwiches since we were young.  Love them or hate them, they can quickly feel boring and uncreative.  There is something about summer though, that just feels like the best season for tasty sandwiches.  For those long, hot, summer days, a lite, refreshing sandwich really hits home. 

Lifestyle blogger, @snoopnattynat is one of our favorites for sandwich inspiration.  We love her simple, yet delectably delicious creations particularly when it comes to sandwiches.   The best part is that chances are, you already have everything you need in your fridge to make them!  Our two favorites are her Cucumber Sandwich and Pimento Cheese Tomato Sandwich.  Here’s what you’ll need for each:




  • English Cucumber
  • Cream Cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Fresh Dill & Chives
  • Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
  • White Bread


*Heirloom Tomato

*Mayonaise (Dukes!)

*Pimento Cheese

*Salt & Pepper
