What a great bag! My only suggestions would be to have a smaller size pocket inside. Small items like lipstick fall so far down, it’s hard to find them.

Good Day As you wrote. I recently purchased 2 Otto Backpacks. Just beautiful yet…. I took the bronze backpack for trip to France. Yesterday, 9/28 one “ end” the handle strap, pulled out of its stitching … leaving only one leather “ handle” intact. What do you suggest I do as it has been about 2 weeks “wearing “ your Backpack? Y’all - I am obsessed. I ordered the Otti backpack in Mordore and I have to say the pictures don’t do this bag justice! The color is gorgeous and looks incredibly upscale. I get compliments on this everywhere I go! Not only is it gorgeous but this bag is SO versatile! It can be worn as a backpack, or handbag. I was able to bring my laptop + work phones, charger + my wallet/keys/small makeup bag with me to a recent appointment all in my Otti bag. I loved it so much I also bought one for my sister and she has worn hers every day since. I will be getting more for myself in some of the other colors!
