**The production process in our sustainable tanneries is chromium free. The leather used is a by-product from the food industry, thus utilizing available meterials to reduce waste.
Care
Hand wash or wipe clean. Wash in warm water using a mild detergent or soap. Be sure to rinse thoroughly and reshape before air drying. Do not wash the leather details.
I found the shoulder strap to be flimsy and the metal hooks seemed corroded. Perhaps this was the desired aesthetic? At any rate, I like the light weight and metallic looking material.
This is the second bag I’ve bought from Uashmama. I bought my first bag, Gemma small, in Lucca, Italy. I love it so much that I searched the brand online and have bought a number of items!! The craftsmanship is unsurpassed! It’s as beautiful as any of my leather bags. The style screams Italy, another plus! I highly recommend Uashmama products, without reservation!!!
I liked the purse and I liked the fact that it was made of paper! The leather strap was just not up to standard. Too limp and not quality enough. I will check back and try again.
